Like the title says: I have no idea who you are, person on the other side of the Internet, but nice to meet you!

Just getting my site off the ground. This is a test post. My intent is for this to be both a personal and professional space where I can point people who want to know about me and my writing. I will likely share thoughts on writing, books I’ve read, or other media I’ve enjoyed most of the time, but I may also discuss aikido, the life of software dev, delicious teas, and other miscellany. I may even post random art pieces here.

You can expect this informal tone to persist in blog posts, though other aspects of my site will remain more business-like. I may get carried away at some point and write an essay or article-esque post, but only if I have an unusual allotment of free time and am bursting with something to say.
